Service Level Targets

Fusion Digital endeavours to meet the following targets when responding to tickets:

  • Pre-sales Enquiries: 2 business days
  • Licensing Enquiries: 2 business days
  • Partner Enquiries: 1 business day
  • Project Quote Requests: 3 business days
