Fusion Digital endeavours to meet the following targets when responding to tickets:
- Pre-sales Enquiries: 2 business days
- Licensing Enquiries: 2 business days
- Partner Enquiries: 1 business day
- Project Quote Requests: 3 business days
All tickets are replied to in the order they are received. Please do not reply to "bump" your ticket unless more than 1 business day has elapsed past the targets specified above. Thank you for choosing Fusion Digital products and services.
